Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this week and to mark the occasion PlayStation is dropping several free treats for PS5 owners.
When trying to decide on the best Uncharted game, it’s all subjective but there’s definitely an argument to be made for Uncharted 4.
Ten years later, it doesn’t feel like it’s aged a day and we’re excited to see where the series goes next with Uncharted 5, which is believed to be in development as we speak.
Before then though, PlayStation 5 owners have new freebies to enjoy, so let’s jump in and see what’s on offer.
The Uncharted series’ developer Naughty Dog has been celebrating the new milestone on X, with a new post reading: “This week marks the 10th anniversary of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End! To celebrate we're sharing a new set of PS5 avatars, a message to fans from Nolan North, and more.”
As part of those festivities some new PlayStation 5 avatars inspired by some of the iconic treasures found in Uncharted series are now free to download. All you need to do is input the below codes depending on your region:
Simply input one of the above codes into your console or the PlayStation mobile app and you’ll have successfully claimed them.

While these are exclusive to PlayStation 5 owners, Steam users haven’t been left out either. A different collection of treats has been made available via the Steam Points Shop including new avatars, trading cards, backgrounds, emoticons, and more.
Disappointingly, Naughty Dog hasn’t teased the future of the Uncharted series as part of the anniversary celebrations but to be fair, the studio has been busy as of late.
Naughty Dog is hard at work on its next AAA title, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and The Last of Us Part III is also seemingly in development.
Uncharted will get another time to shine though one day, fans will just have to be patient.
Those who are yet to play the Uncharted series can do so with a subscription to PlayStation Plus Premium. That’ll give you access to Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and the UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection.
Neither Naughty Dog or PlayStation has officially confirmed the existence of Uncharted 5 but teases for the game have been hidden in plain sight, and some alleged leaks have also surfaced online.
The fifth game is said to once again follow Nathan Drake who’ll be joined by his daughter Cassie. Despite the game supporting two protagonists it’s believed it’ll stick to the series’ norm and remain a single-player game.
It’s also believed Shaun Escayg, who directed Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, will lead the new project. One of Escayg’s recent Instagram posts drew a lot of attention as many theorised it was the director’s sneaky way of confirming their involvement in the game.
