Uncharted fans are losing their minds over a new game leak alleging that Naughty Dog is working on a new, unannounced game.
Last year, Naughty Dog announced Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. It’s a new sci-fi game from the mind of Neil Druckmann, co-creator of The Last of Us, and who also worked on several Uncharted games.
It seems as though that’s not all though, as Naughty Dog might also be developing another game alongside that.
According to a new report by insider Daniel Richtman, or DanielRPK as he’s known online, Naughty Dog has been working on another game for three years now.

It’s being led by Uncharted: The Lost Legacy director Shaun Escayg, who left Naughty Dog in 2018 to join Crystal Dynamics. He returned to Naughty Dog in 2021, presumably to begin work on this new, unannounced title.
“Naughty Dog has a second project (not The Last of Us III), directed by Shaun Escayg (Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Avengers),” Richtman’s post reads on Patreon. “It’s been in development for three years now.”
“I will cry if it’s another Uncharted. Please. Lost Legacy was so good,” wrote one fan on Reddit.
“I’m really happy ND is working on multiple games at the same time,” wrote another fan.

Some fans have pointed out that a brief clip from a Live from PS5 video from 2023 resembles a female character inside a cave that looks very reminiscent of Uncharted, and that this could hint at a new game from the series in development.
“Definitely looks very similar to Naughty Dog's engine,” a fan wrote. “Similar to the dark caves towards the end of Uncharted 4 with the pirate booby traps.”
Hopefully we’ll learn a bit more about what else Naughty Dog is up to in the coming months.
Intergalactic is expected to launch sometime in either 2026 or 2027, but if this other project supposedly in development is a smaller game, we might see that as soon as next year.
