Yesterday saw Sony announce an impressive ten new games which will be added to its PlayStation Plus library with one of which including one of the best RPGs of all time.

July is already shaping up to be an incredible month for PlayStation Plus members as Sony has added ten games to get stuck into throughout the next few weeks.

From Bluey the Video Game to Planet Zoo and Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, there is something for everyone but there is one hit RPG that has definitely caught people’s attention.

That is right, for the next month, Cyberpunk 2077 will be completely free to download and play for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members.

Not only that but those eligible will also be able to grab Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty DLC at a 30% discount which brings it down to a mere £17.49 / $20.99 until 23 July.

With Cyberpunk 2077 being regarded as one of the best RPGs of all time and Phantom Liberty hailed as one of the best DLCs of all time, it is a no-brainer that you need to experience these CD Projekt RED titles if you have yet to.

Our very own Ewan Moore checked out Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty when it launched back in 2023, calling it “maybe the best expansion I’ve ever played”.

“I really can’t say enough good things about Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty,” he wrote in his review.

“It fills me with joy to be able to report that this is a deeply ambitious expansion that fires on all cylinders and never delivers anything less than a stellar experience.

CD Projekt RED is walking away from Cyberpunk 2077 in the best possible way, delivering on the game’s immense potential and dropping one final, unforgettable adventure.”

There is no denying that Cyberpunk 2077 has had one of the best comebacks in gaming history by going from virtually unplayable during its launch in 2020 to now being regarded as one of the best.

Not only that but with its 2.3 update expected to arrive any day and even Cyberpunk 2 being in development, now is the perfect time to catch up on the trials and tribulations of Night City.
