PlayStation gamers can score some free store credit purely from trying some PlayStation Plus games, and they’re worth checking out too.

While you can get PlayStation Star points from making purchases on the PlayStation store, Sony will often give you the chance to earn a few from just playing certain games, and this month is no exception.

Stellar Blade is hottest game on PlayStation right now, check out the launch trailer for it below

Aside from the latest PlayStation Plus drops the company has handed players a long list of games which, when played, will net you some cool digital collectables, and points to spend on in-store credit.

Each “challenge” only grants you about 50 points each, but they do build up over time so it’s worth doing, they’re also ridiculously easy to complete.

This month, those with a PlayStation VR2 will want to check out the following games, all of which can be picked up relatively cheap if you don’t own them already.

  • Tiger Blade
  • Hubris
  • C-Smash VRS
  • Stilt

Now out of all four, I’d say Hubris would be the one to try first, as there’s a free trial available and in the past trials have counted towards completing a challenge.

If it works, happy days you’ve got 50 points, if it doesn’t you’ll have to consider picking up one of them to own instead.

That being said VR titles can be plenty of fun, and given how the PlayStation VR2 costs enough to want to sell your kidney, adding an extra game to your library so you’re using it isn’t the worst idea in the world.

If you’d rather not though, or if you don’t own the hardware, there are plenty of other challenges available on PlayStation Stars instead, so take a look at those and see if any catch your eye.
