Skyrim goes full Stardew Valley in this wonderful expansion you can play now

If your Stardew Valley farm is practically running itself after all the hours you have put into it, then you should take your expertise over to Skyrim and try out this wonderful expansion.

I don’t know about you but all that farming experience you get from Stardew Valley has to have made its mark and when you aren’t getting dirty in real life, farming can be pretty fun!

That is why one modder has introduced it to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with the Heljarchen Farm mod.

Available to download for free, Heljarchen Farm will allow players to “rebuild a farm, hire workers, grow crops and earn gold”.

The full description reads: “Heljarchen Farm is a player-owned farm that allows you to rebuild a once-abandoned property into a functional farming business. Restoring the farm to its former glory will reward the player with income every day and the ability to harvest crops grown on the farm fields.

The farm can even be upgraded further with the construction of a small meadery and guardhouse, allowing you to earn gold from a meadery operation, with guards protecting your goods against thieves.”

Located within The Pale next to Heljarchen Hall and the Loreius Farm, the plot of land is a far cry away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Skyrim and other than the odd dragon flying overhead, it is a pretty peaceful experience.

With a stone wall circling the property, an alchemy store, alchemy greenhouse, a cavern and a manor, this mod adds more of a village than a farm but everything works in perfect tandem in order to add a realistic feel.

So if you want a break from killing Draugr and dragons or hearing about arrows in knees, the Heljarchen Farm mod is a perfect escape.
