One of the most annoying issues in Red Dead Redemption 2 has been fixed courtesy of this free download created by a talented modder.

In truth, when we talk of the most “annoying issues” in Red Dead Redemption 2, we're being picky.

Let’s be honest, this Rockstar Games title is damn near perfection (as reflected by its 97 Metacritic score) and any issues with this beloved classic are few and far between.

That being said, a game that is considered near perfection obviously isn't quite perfect, but Red Dead Redemption 2 is probably as close as we’re gonna get, in my humble opinion.

One of the issues that some might pick out with Red Dead Redemption 2 is how damaged assets magically repair when you walk around a corner and return later on or even just outright disappear.

If this issue bugs the hell out of you, then if you play on PC, you might want to download ‘Enhanced Entity and World Persistence Reloaded 1.1’ via NexusMods for free, created by Jewels.

“Tired of the world repairing and cleaning itself the moment you leave the scene?” reads the description of the mod. “Tired of vehicles and horses you planned on getting to later disappearing, perhaps just debris?”

“Enhanced Entity and World Persistence has got you covered, no longer will going down the road result in everything looking pristine when you turn back around.”

What’s more, the mod goes the extra mile by improving the witness system that encourages you to hide dead bodies to prevent random NPCs from reporting you to the law.

Sadly, the only snag of this mod is that it’s a PC exclusive, as is the case with most mods. Red Dead Redemption 2 is out now on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
