There’s no denying Hogwarts Legacy is one of the best Harry Potter experiences we’ve had in a video game, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be better.

Take a tour through Hogwarts Legacy's house common rooms below.

Luckily, the modding community has been tirelessly releasing new mods that switch up the gameplay, add new features and content, as well as overhaul the game’s visuals to create a much more immersive experience.

Now, players can download The Goblet, a collection of over one hundred mods from various creators, which when combined, creates an entirely different game and is the definitive way to play Hogwarts Legacy.

It can currently be downloaded from NexusMods, and includes over 10 clothing mods, over 20 body mods, over five broom mods, over 50 custom wands, over 25 followers/companions, graphics and texture mods, gameplay mods and tweaks, bug fixes, quality-of-life improvements, input mods, improved UI, in-game mod menus, an in-game appearance menu, and support for other modular expansion packs.

The collection seamlessly integrates itself into the base game, and is perfect for fans who want to play the game at its best the first time around, or those who’ve done numerous playthroughs but want to try something new.

As fans look towards the future with Hogwarts Legacy 2, which is basically inevitable at this point given how much money the first game made, many are hoping the developers at Avalanche Software take inspiration from the additions modders have been implementing.

While the majority have had their fun with the game, the general consensus is there isn’t a lot to keep people playing once they roll the credits on the main story. Saying that, while the open world is gorgeous, it’s also empty and needs more to do.

Fans also want some form of wanted/penalty system implemented into future games, in the hopes that it adds actual repercussions to using dark magic, rather than just a few NPCs not wanting to speak to you anymore.

Hogwarts Legacy is currently available on Xbox, PlayStation and PC consoles, and will be making its way to Nintendo Switch next month.
