Where in the world is GTA VI? Now isn’t that a question for the ages?

Over a year on from Rockstar Games announcing that the next game in the Grand Theft Auto series is in active development, fans have been looking for clues which might lead to the title’s release date and reveal trailer. Speculation has somehow never been more rife, despite the fact that the developers still haven’t actually released any information about the game. The colossal leak that surfaced online in September 2022 continues to fuel a lot of discussion - fans are still uncovering information, with some even going as far as to construct their own maps using coordinates supposedly found within the game’s data.

Take a look at what GTA VI might look like with this GTA V Vice City mod.

Recently, some have been wondering if we could get the GTA VI reveal trailer sometime before 17 May, since that’s the date of Take-Two Interactive’s Q4 2023 earnings conference call. Meanwhile, others have speculated that the trailer could be released to tie in with GTA V’s anniversary in September. However, detectives of the internet have been busy scouring GTA Online for potential information, and as ComicBook reports, one YouTuber believes that he might have found some GTA VI content hiding in plain sight.

As MrBossFTW explains, a new vehicle livery was recently added to GTA Online which depicts the GTA universe’s National Office of Security Enforcement, or N.O.O.S.E., which has appeared in all of the HD Universe games. According to MrBossFTW, this N.O.O.S.E. logo is a totally new design, which he theorises might have been directly plucked from GTA VI. The YouTuber alleges that this wouldn’t be the first time Rockstar Games has done this - last year, the Los Santos Drug Wars expansion added a new eCola bottle to the game, which was apparently first found in the huge GTA VI leak (thanks, Sportskeeda).

What does this mean, then? If true, admittedly, very little - it’d basically confirm that N.O.O.S.E. is part of GTA VI, but that’s hardly a shock given that it's been in so many games. At this point, I’m sure we can all agree that we just need to see a trailer. We’re hungry for actual information, Rockstar. Save us.
