GTA 6 Hype Intensifies as New Teaser Has Gamers Marking Their Calendars For November

The hype for GTA 6 has intensified following a new teaser, and we’re not sure what to make of this.

Grand Theft Auto 6 hopefuls are still keeping an eye out for Trailer 3. Considering very little information about the game is still available, I guess they’ll take whatever they can right now.

Now, a new tease from Game Informer is getting fans hyped, as a possible GTA 6 feature is rumoured to be featured in an upcoming issue of the long-running magazine.

The theory comes from X (formerly Twitter) user GameRoll, who posts GTA 6-related content.

“GTA 6 COPIUM ALERT: Let me preface this tweet but making it clear that this could mean absolutely nothing - but it’s interesting nonetheless.

“In November 2012, after GTA 5 got its second trailer and was still scheduled to come out in the Spring, Game Informer were given a look at GTA 5 and dropped an exclusive issue about the game.”

GameRoll then goes on to explain how this might be related to an upcoming issue of Game Informer that is being teased by the publication.

“And as you can see in this screenshot, they’re now quite considerably hyping up their November 2025 issue. Saying that they “can’t tease much” but whatever it is will make us “want to be subscribed to Game Informer.”

“This is almost certainly a gigantic reach, but maybe, could it be that history will repeat itself and Rockstar will work with them again to share exclusive details about GTA 6? Possibly following Trailer 3? November is currently the most likely timeframe for new information after all.

“I cannot stress enough that this is probably massive copium and it likely has nothing to do GTA 6. But, I couldn’t help but share this, just in case!”

It’s certainly an interesting theory. We don’t know what kind of feature Game Informer is hyping up here, but it’s certainly an exclusive that the editorial team feels is going to be of interest to plenty of gamers.

And there aren’t really many other upcoming games that fit this description, either. Unless it was something like The Witcher 4 or Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. Or perhaps everyone is finally joining me on the MediEvil 3 hype train (come on Sony, make it happen).

Nevertheless, we’ll wait and see what the November issue holds for us. Game Informer is a physical and digital magazine with a new issue releasing 10 times a year. Although the information will likely be plastered all over the internet once the issue is out, remember that it’s important to support media producing this type of journalism.
