GTA 6 fans are already dreaming about what the DLC could look like, despite the fact the game isn’t even out yet.
We’re still waiting just under a year for the new GTA game to be released, but fans are speculating on pretty much everything, from the collector’s edition to how big the map is.
There’s no doubt about it that GTA 6 will be the biggest game of next year, but there’ll always be those people who manage to rinse through everything in a weekend and want more.

GTA 6 fans are now dreaming up what the DLC could look like, for those who manage to complete the game’s story mode and its many different activities.
“Would you rather have DLC related to the main story (Episodes From Liberty City),” wrote a post on Reddit.
“Or more whacky what-if style DLC (Undead Nightmare) which would be non-canon and just more for fun?”
Episodes From Liberty City refers to the two expansion-sized DLC episodes released for GTA 4—The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Both episodes were intrinsically linked with each other and the main story of GTA 4.
Meanwhile, Undead Nightmare was a “What If” DLC for Red Dead Redemption, which saw the main ensemble cast of that game face a zombie outbreak across America and Mexico.
Despite them being narratively opposite in many ways, both types of DLC are highly regarded among Rockstar Games fans.
And while GTA 5 skipped single-player DLC in favour of Online content, there’s always hope that it could return for GTA 6.

It seems that fans are divided on whether they want a DLC similar to Episodes From Liberty City or Undead Nightmare, though.
“I was recently thinking about how incredible it would be for GTA 6 to include a zombie DLC, similar to Undead Nightmare, especially if it explored the onset of a zombie pandemic,” wrote one of the post replies.
“If they do the same thing with GTA 6 as they did with GTA 4, it’s gonna be perfect,” another reply wrote. “More single player DLCs hopefully.”
“I just hope they don’t cancel the DLC and make it for GTA Online like what they did for Agent Trevor became The Doomsday Heist,” a third reply added.

It’s true that Rockstar makes more money from selling Shark Cards in GTA Online, and that probably won’t change with GTA 6.
Hopefully it’ll change its tune a little and give something for those of us who prefer single-player experiences. It’s been so long since we’ve had a new single-player GTA story to enjoy.
