GTA 6 crimes outlined in new gameplay leak

What would Grand Theft Auto be without the ability to commit a large list of crimes? Although the series has never shied away from making players partake in despicable acts, it seems as though Grand Theft Auto 6 will take things a step further.

With a series named after an illegal act, Grand Theft Auto really had no hope in hell of being a family-friendly game. Players took to the streets of San Andreas, Vice City and Liberty City to steal cars, mow down pedestrians and pull out guns on the local shopkeeper all to look cool and get some extra cash.

However, thanks to eagle-eyed fans who have spent the past few years carefully studying the various Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks, we may see some more criminal acts making its way into the newest instalment.

One document that has been compiled from the various leaks reveals that money laundering, car fences, hacking and more are rumoured to be present in Grand Theft Auto 6. The money laundering rumour began when one fan spotted a car wash property with a dollar sign which could suggest properties are able to be purchased with the intent of laundering money.

Additionally, car fences will allow you to sell stolen cars which we saw (minus the cars) in Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2. There is also a hint at art fences but it is unclear where you will be able to steal art from.

Lucia and Jason will also reportedly be able to hack a variety of things including using tracker jammers, immobilizer bypasses, USB drives and auto dialer. This would match the rumour that Grand Theft Auto 6 would have an experienced female hacker.

Last but not least, GTA 6 may also feature the ability to threaten or kill witnesses who happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Again, this is a tactic available in Red Dead Redemption 2 so this could mean Rockstar are combining features from two of their most successful franchises.

It is worth noting that all of this information comes from leaks and rumours and has not been confirmed by Rockstar. However, if it is true, Grand Theft Auto 6 will be more criminal than ever before.
