You will follow the story of Brynhildur, a Balance Keeper who embarks on a journey of self-discovery after an attack upon her homestead leads to the abduction of her mentor.

Players will journey across ancient Iceland, navigating seashores and icy paths, lagoons and highland trails and along the way, they will stumble across all the secrets hidden across the island.

With gameplay involving spellcasting, challenging puzzles, fantastical lore in a semi open-world, you will be able to explore as you wish. However, Island of Winds will also task you with approaching everything with an empathetic mind during a journey filled with self-doubt, violence, regret and empathy.

In a land where the people fight to conserve nature, you will come across some mythical beings who call the island their home. However, they are not all a threat and some will need help which you can offer with your magical abilities.

With the Staff of Balance, you will be able to cast spells, help creatures and calm hostile adversaries. However, Islands of Wind isn’t just about combat and this emotional journey will have you feeling every moment alongside Brynhildur.
