Fallout fans can barely contain themselves now that we’re only a month away from brand new content.

In the words of a great lyricist, it’s been a long time coming.

But patience pays off.

In December, Fallout 76: Gleaming Depths will finally be here, and with it comes a plethora of exhilarating additions.

In the meantime, why not check out Fallout 76: Milepost Zero?

Chiefly, the Depths. But beyond that, there are also some homely touches being added to your C.A.M.P that’s sure to warm your heart on even the coldest night in the wastes.

If you’re not familiar with the details of this soon-to-be-here update, this quick recap from Bethesda is for you: “The Gleaming Depths raid is a new endgame activity designed to be faced by a party of four highly levelled and geared players. Each encounter is going to require your party to work together to overcome unique coop mechanics to overcome the bosses within.”

For those of you concerned about time gating when attempting the aforementioned raids, Bethesda has already stated that it won’t be an issue.

“YES what sounds like more quality endgame content. No time gating on raids is S tier. Something to do other than running expeditions nonstop!” commented Phuzz15.

The full details of the Gleaming Depths have been shared on Reddit now that the testing servers are regularly being updated to prepare for launch.

“Excited to see what new bosses get canonised! There's a lot of potential to do some fun stuff here. And I'm loving the perk tweaks and game design philosophy between encouraging different build types,” posted BOBULANCE.

If you’ve been containing your excitement, you have our permission to get as hyped as everyone else.

Not just about the raids, but about all the new content coming.

“I’m fascinated. Idk if the raids are for me, but I’m eager for pets and custom titles!” said Cori-Cryptic, “I’m also interested in seeing the recalibrated perk cards in action.”

We’d be lying if we said that some fans aren’t cautious about this new chapter in Fallout 76’s journey – after all, they’ve been burnt before.

However, the majority of fans are looking forward to exploring the Depths. Will you be joining them.
