Cyberpunk 2077 massive free download announced, no subscription needed

Everyone can play Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 is in the best state it has ever been since the DLC launch of Phantom Liberty and the huge update that preceded it. Fans came running back, players bought the game, and started new journeys through Night City. Now, needing no subscription of any kind, you can play Cyberpunk 2077.

A five-hour trial for Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles giving potential players the chance to experience Night City and the wonderful cast the game offers. During the trial period, players will have full access to the base game, including all updates.

We absolutely loved the Phantom Liberty DLC and the updates Cyberpunk 2077 has seen over the past year

The best part about this trial is that any progress you make will be transferred over to the full game, should you decide to buy it. All your decisions, loot, and relationships with the characters will not be lost to time. And I have to say, you should definitely try out Cyberpunk 2077, even if you’re on the fence.

The game has grown so much and looks nothing like the disappointment we saw at launch. After going through several overhauls, it looks better, plays better, and feels like a unique and interesting RPG, finally. And CD Projekt Red isn’t done either. The game is still receiving updates to bring new quality-of-life features like a fully functioning Metro system brought in via the recent 2.1 update.

This is the best time to give the game a go and try out the new vehicles, weapons, and features. I had swerved the game at launch and didn’t play it until the DLC dropped. I’m glad this was my path to the game because I’ve been having a blast, it feels like a brand-new release and one that CD Projekt Red should be proud of.
