There is no denying that Cyberpunk 2077 is now one of the best RPGs on the market. However, as with anything, there is always room for improvement and this stunning download helps with just that.
Taking place in the futuristic and corrupt metropolis of Night City, Cyberpunk 2077 has one of the most recognisable settings in the RPG genre. From neon-soaked streets to the dusty badlands, CD Projekt Red uses the title’s setting to add to the game’s overall premise.

However, with Cyberpunk 2077 being one of the most modded games out there with over 10,000 mods available over on Nexus Mods, there are multiple ways to breathe even more life into the 2020 title.
That includes one such creation by theCyanideX who has made the Nova City Custom Weather mod for Cyberpunk 2077.

Although it is currently still in beta, the mod aims to add an even more diverse weather system to the game which includes “new weather states and natural transitions”.
This mod won’t just add a bit of sun or a bit of rain - it will include over 30 custom weathers including haze, mist, drizzle, fog, drought, sandstorm and more.
“Nova City is a unique weather and lighting mod to breathe new life into Night City,” the official description reads. “These changes include brand new custom weather states and probability balances, particle effects (currently a work-in-progress), some time-specific weather features, and a reimagining of the vanilla weather states.”
We can only imagine being caught in a sandstorm when hanging out with the Aldecaldos or experiencing the searing heat when running around the streets of Night City. Although weather doesn’t add much to the story, it still creates a more realistic setting.
