Cyberpunk 2077 issues new challenge to bring you back to Night City

CD Projekt Red is throwing down a Cyberpunk 2077 challenge of sorts to fans and newcomers alike. The world of Night City is vast and filled with small details that make up the whole, many of these details are secrets and easter eggs placed throughout for fans to discover and, according to the game’s associate director, we still haven’t found them all.

In a recent interview with IGN, Paweł Sasko hinted that there are still many more secrets to be found if fans want a clean sweep of everything CD Projekt Red included. Referencing a recent list that showcased many of the game’s easter eggs Sasko commented “It had a long list, but it didn't have everything.”

Cyberpunk 2077 is still holding onto secrets just waiting to be found

Of course, it’s difficult to know for sure if a secret is left hidden as not everyone posts their progress or screenshots on social media or places like Reddit. Because of this, something could have been spotted and simply not commented on. It doesn’t matter how popular a subreddit might be, a casual player could easily discover something that would be catnip to a Cyberpunk 2077 fan.

It’s great to know that there’s still more to be found. These big games are often uncovering little touches for years and what one fan knows well, another might only find it today. CD Projekt Red is very similar to Rockstar Games in its pursuit to hide away jokes, pop culture references, or nods to previous games, and it becomes almost a game within a game for players.

So, you can see this as a challenge to get back into Night City and start looking in every corner, under every surface, and talk to every NPC all over again, then let us know what you’ve found.
