Cyberpunk 2077 fans are in luck once again as a brand-new release is set to launch early next year, giving Night City lovers the chance to dive back into the neon-soaked metropolis.

It may still be a few years until we can get our hands on the highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 sequel but that has not stopped the world of Night City from going global.

From board games to television shows and everything in between, the world is obsessed with the dystopian world of Cyberpunk 2077 and that makes this upcoming release all the more exciting.

Coming in February, Dark Horse Comics has announced a collaboration with CD Projekt RED.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners MADNESS is the official prequel manga to Netflix’s Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and will follow siblings Rebecca and Pilar as they rush through Night City to prove themselves as Edgerunners.

Not only that but an exclusive edition of Chapter 1 will be released later this summer for those who can’t wait until February 2026.

Writer Bartosz Sztybor, the original anime series’ screenwriter and creative director at CD Projekt RED, will be joined by artist Asano and the story will be adapted to English by Stefan Kielbasiewicz with letters from Brendon Hull.

The full synopsis for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners MADNESS reads as follows: “Rebecca grows up with her big brother Pilar as they pursue their shared dream of becoming a legendary edgerunner like their father. In the megalopolis of Night City, where obsessions with technology, violence, and power run rampant, they struggle, suffer, and cause chaos wherever they go! As they go about their daily lives, a mysterious man appears before them—changing the trajectory of their future.”
