There are plenty of games out there that deserve sequels. Okami. Bully. The Simpsons Hit & Run. But for my money, there's one game that stands above all others when it comes to sequel potential.

I'm referring, of course, to Bloodborne. Well, I say "of course" - I'm fully aware that if we got every single GAMINGbible reader to vote for the most in-demand video game sequel of all time, FromSoftware's PlayStation-exclusive gothic horror probably wouldn't make the top 20. But it's my most in-demand sequel, damnit.

Speaking of great PlayStation 4 games...

While Bloodborne 2 is currently nothing more than wishful thinking on the part of the fans (and occasionally a whispered rumour that ultimately comes to naught), one fan has dared to imagine what a return to Yharnam might look like.

YouTuber ENFANT TERRIBLE has used Unreal Engine 5 to create a number of impressive fan-remake/sequel teasers, including Red Dead Redemption and Cyberpunk 2077. But this glimpse at a version of Bloodborne 2 that will probably never come to pass is perhaps their most tantalising work yet.

Check it out below, or via this link.

While I'm not certain a Bloodborne sequel would take us back to Yharnam, it's a treat to see the decaying city, with it's shadowy cobbled streets and rickety buildings, in more stunning detail than ever before.

Now if you'll excuse me, I plan on watching this on a loop all day every day until FromSoftware finally announces the sequel I've been waiting for. I may be some time.
