It’s been a busy month for Assassin’s Creed fans who received far more news than they were perhaps expecting. Ubisoft has officially unveiled Assassin’s Creed Mirage which, as I’m sure you now know, features Valhalla’s Basim and is set in ninth century Baghdad. The surprise though was the unveiling of Assassin’s Creed Codename Red and Assassin’s Creed Hexe, plus it was announced that Valhalla will receive The Last Chapter DLC in the coming months. If you need something to tide you over though, I have just the thing.
Check out the trailer for Assassin’s Creed Mirage below.
As we wait for The Last Chapter to release, Valhalla players can now, as of today, access even more free DLC by simply downloading the latest patch update. The update includes Tombs Of The Fallen Pack 2 which brings last year’s Tombs Of The Fallen addition to an “epic conclusion”.

The patch notes read, “Find your way through three mysterious tombs rigged with ancient traps and complex puzzles. Only the most dedicated adventurers will discover buried secrets from a fallen civilization. Observe and explore deep waters, molten lava, and Isu teachings to solve ancient puzzles and acquire lost treasures.” Sounds fun.
There’s more. Players will be able to access a new settlement building known as Rune Forge, which can be built once Ravensthorpe has been upgraded to level four. The forge will allow you to “turn the perks of your currently owned gear into new runes in exchange for silver.” There are also some 15th anniversary rewards you won’t want to miss out on. The update released today (27 September) so get downloading.
