For those who are yet to dive into Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you will soon be able to, all whilst staying in bed. What could be better?

Released back in October, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is the 13th major instalment in the much-loved Assassin’s Creed franchise. Taking players to 9th-century Baghdad, you will take on the role of fledgling assassin Basim as he goes up against those pesky Templars.

Already available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, Apple has revealed that the well-received RPG is now heading to the iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air and iPad Pro in just a few weeks.

Not only that but Apple is also giving users the chance to try out Assassin’s Creed Mirage for free for up to 90-minutes, after which the game will go back to the full console price which currently sits at $49.99.

As of 6 June, players will be able to dive into the Assassin’s Creed title on the go, whilst chilling in bed, in the bath, on the roof. The world is their oyster and all that is required is an Apple product that is at least the Apple A17 Pro (iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max) or has Apple M1 or faster.

Coming in at around 3.8GB, it will be quite a hefty download but considerably smaller than its console counterpart which means its graphics will be as good as expected. However, Ubisoft still promises “breathtaking graphics” and controls that have been optimised for touch screens.

Last but not least, the iPhone version will also feature cross-save which will allow you to switch between devices and not lose any progress.

We at GAMINGbible enjoyed Assassin’s Creed Mirage and called it a “leap of faith that sticks the landing”. Our review reads: “I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the game, and will definitely be heading back to Baghdad to find all the collectables and secrets hidden in its streets and shadows.”
