GTA VI is still some time away, in the distant reaches of 2026, and it’ll be a while until we can hop into a sports car and tear around Vice City and the greater state of Leonida.
For now, why not hop back into the juggernaut title, GTA V, and get your hands on some new maps, courtesy of the community creators and modders.
Since the release of GTA V Enhanced Edition on PC, modders have been busy toiling away on new ways to experience the game, and this includes dropping in new maps to race around.

There are three new maps we want to point out, the first of which is a faithful recreation of Fujimi Kaido, the popular racetrack from Forza Horizon 4.
Completely overhauled and squeezed into GTA V, this track takes players through mountainous regions of Japan to test their driving skills.
If that’s not your cup of tea, then try out Sunshine Dream instead, which emulates one of the gems of the action-crime adventure genre.
This mod recreates the map from DRIV3R, with plenty of places to explore behind the wheel.

Lastly, modders have worked on Midnight Shuto Enhanced, a map pulled over from Asseto Corsa.
If you’ve ever wanted to race through the streets of Tokyo, but in the GTA V engine, then this one is for you.
Driving in Rockstar Games’ blockbuster has become one of the highlights for many players, and given any chance to take your skills to new maps is a joy.
Of course, these mods are only available for PC players, and you’ll need to install the mods yourself, but in lieu of official DLC, it’s worth the effort.
