Grand Theft Auto V’s online mode, GTA Online, recently added a new raid mode, and it’ll undoubtedly help keep us entertained until GTA VI arrives.
Mansion Raid is now readily available in GTA Online, so do make sure your copy of the game is up to date.
“Flex your combat skills in one of Los Santos' bougiest zip codes in Mansion Raid,” devs teased on the Rockstar Games blog.
“Use heavy-duty weaponry and explosives to infiltrate a luxury property and make a multi-stage descent to the basement vault to extract the gold — or fend off the would-be infiltrators as the mansion’s defenders in this high-octane Adversary Mode.”

Once you’ve infiltrated your target’s mansion, players will need to plant explosives and disable any and all security measures. Of course, it’s up to you whether you do that stealthily or with a gung-ho approach.
Defenders will attempt to disable said planted charges, with both teams firing at each other upon sight.
If the infiltrating team successfully detonates the charges, they’ll add 30 seconds to the clock, extending the raid in their favour.
That’s far from all GTA Online’s latest update added. Nightclub daily income has doubled until 21 January, so you still have a couple of days to benefit from this; there are also 40% off upgrades and modifications at the moment.

If you compete in Business Battles, you can earn quadruple GTA$, RP, and Nightclub Goods. In fact, completing one Business Battle could see you net GTA$100,000. And if you speak to good ol’ Gerald, you can earn rewards by tracking down his cache. Locating G’s Cache daily allows you to earn double GTA$ and RP.
Extra goodies are also up for grabs for those who compete in the latest Community Race Series. Again, success will result in double rewards.

Of course, GTA Online’s latest update also introduces some freebies for GTA+ subscribers.
They can claim the new Pfister Astrale (Sports Classic) and matching Pfister Chore Jacket.
GTA+ subscribers also benefit from double rewards on “Auto Shop Robberies and Client Jobs, bonuses on Operation Paper Trail Missions, new Chameleon Paints, and more”.
GTA VI Is Currently Set To Land in November
Once upon a time, GTA VI could’ve already been ours by now. An original release window of fall / autumn of last year was set.

The highly anticipated title was then delayed to May 2026, before its current date of 19 November 2026 was then confirmed.
Are there any other delays in store? It’s hard to say, but fans don’t currently feel too confident in GTA VI’s launch date.
We’re yet to see any raw unedited gameplay, plus pre-orders have yet to open, so there’s a couple of key things we need to see before any sense of confidence begins to return.
