GTA Online players can claim a free membership to GTA+, which is perfectly timed for the latest expansion-sized content update that launches today.
GTA V is not only one of the most successful video games of all time, but it’s also one of the most successful forms of media in the entire entertainment industry, and that includes TV and film.
One of the main reasons why GTA V has continued to be such a huge success over the years, other than being a fantastic single-player experience in its own right, is its additional online mode, GTA Online.
In GTA Online, players interact with other players across the world, causing all sorts of mayhem, and those players are encouraged to come back for more, thanks to Rockstar Games regularly supporting it with meaty content updates.
In March 2022, Rockstar Games launched GTA+, an optional subscription service that costs $5.99/£4.99 a month, and grants GTA Online players additional perks such as exclusive cosmetics, vehicles, in-game currency and even free games including Red Dead Redemption, Bully and L.A. Noire.

If you’ve ever been tempted to check out GTA+ but have been unsure of whether or not you want to cough up the cash, you can get a free month right now on Rockstar Games, just in time for the latest GTA Online content update ‘The Kortz Center Heist’.

That’s simple. All you have to do is pre-order GTA VI digitally on either the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Marketplace. If you were planning on pre-ordering the game anyway, it makes sense to take advantage of this offer, even if you only dabble in GTA Online from time to time.
The free month of GTA+ must be claimed before March 31, 2027 and this pre-order bonus is offered alongside ‘The Vintage Vice City Pack’.
If you do decide that you’re not interested in continuing the subscription, it can be cancelled at any time by turning off the auto-renewal in your account on the dedicated GTA+ website. It might be a good idea to set a reminder on your phone days before the auto-renewal kicks in, just in case.
The Kortz Center Heist is the first major content update of its kind in GTA Online since The Cayo Perico Heist in 2020, and focuses on performing heists, a traditional component of the online game.
The premise of the story is that, with the help of a client named Mr Faber, who more than likely has untold sinister motives, as well as the fixer, Raff De Angelis, you and your squad are tasked with infiltrating the Kortz Center to steal some highly valuable pieces of artwork.
New pieces of artwork will also rotate, offering some replay value, as well as offering multiple strategies and escape routes. The content update brings a new Art Studio expansion for mansion owners too, plus there's new vehicles, weapons, cosmetics, and more.
The Kortz Center Heist update is available from today across all available GTA V and GTA Online platforms. As for GTA VI, that will be released on November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
