Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders are officially set to open on June 25, and early-adopters will be getting some sweet bonuses in the form of free DLC.
The next Grand Theft Auto game is finally locked in for its November 19 release date, after several delays and borderline conspiracy theories from fans.
On June 25 you’ll finally be able to pre-order your digital copy of the game along with some bonus content to rock around the streets of Vice City.
It wouldn’t be a Grand Theft Auto game without some cool cars and given how we’re finally heading back to Vice City after so many years, you’ve got to bring some of the classics back too.
With your pre-order you’ll get the ’55 Vapid Stanier added to your garage. It’s a “classic sedan” you’ll find at the Shore Court personal garage, which is said to be “just a stone's throw from the glistening sands of Ocean Beach.” The car’s description also notes that it’ll feature a weapon locker for on-the-go carnage.

Next you’ll get some vintage threads for both Jason and Lucia. Jason will sport a linen suit whereas Lucia will rock a red sequin dress, with curls for the hairstyle.

Again, this is Vice City, so it’d be a surprise if the legendary protagonist Tommy Vercetti wasn’t referenced in some way or another.
Pre-orders will also net you weapon skins for “most guns” that sport the classic tropical palm-tree pattern you’ll remember from Tommy’s attire.
That wraps up the pre-order bonuses and honestly it’s a nice selection of stuff. It pays homage to the old-school Vice City we know and love whilst still having a place in this new modern outing.
If you want a closer look at some of the content listed above you can see it for yourself on Rockstar Games’ website.
As for how to claim it couldn’t be simpler. All you have to do is pre-order the game prior to its launch.
You can pre-order either the standard edition or the Ultimate Edition which packs in even more content to enjoy.
Once you’ve acquired either the content will be available to claim in-game, either from the aforementioned garage for the car or Jason and Lucia’s wardrobe/weapon locker. It couldn’t be simpler.
Pre-orders for GTA VI go live at midnight on June 25 with the standard edition costing $79.99, and the ultimate costing $99.99.
At least we can say goodbye to some of those horrible scams trying to trick players into false pre-orders…
