Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders are expected to drop later this week, preparing you for the full release of the game towards the end of the year.
With Rockstar Games set to drop the next Grand Theft Auto game on November 19, 2026, many fans of the series are keen to know when they’ll be able to pre-order the game.
For GTA fans, the price of Grand Theft Auto VI won’t necessarily matter too much—after all, this is a game which will likely be supported by Rockstar for years to come if its support of GTA V is anything to look at.
Still, those looking to pick up a bargain will be able to find a variety of different retailers listing the game at various prices, depending on the edition you end up buying.
Rockstar Games has confirmed that GTA VI pre-orders will be available on June 25, 2026.

This was revealed in a short teaser released last week, which also included a new look at Vice City as well as the first reveal of Grand Theft Auto VI’s cover art.
However, online retailers like Amazon, Argos, or Smyths have not yet started listing the game on their storefronts, as they are expected to be added after Thursday.
Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI will officially begin on June 25 on digital storefronts and at other select retailers.

The price for GTA VI has not been confirmed yet by Rockstar Games, but is expected to be revealed when pre-orders are made available on June 25.
Last week, online retailer Fnac leaked five different listings for an unnamed Rockstar Games product with a release date of November 19. These were set at various prices, ranging between €89.99 and €199.99.
This was later disputed by industry insider Billbil-kun, who said that “Those SKUs are just placeholders [because] EAN codes (like UPC in the US) don’t belong to Take-Two traditional games prefixes. So those prices are random ones.”
It’s not currently known how many editions of Grand Theft Auto VI there will be, though these will likely be revealed on June 25.
The leaked listings from Fnac suggested five different SKUs for the game, likely including the baseline standard edition available in digital and physical forms, a slightly more expensive deluxe edition also available in both formats, and a hugely expensive collector’s edition, which would be physical only.
Of course, this is an educated guess based on Rockstar’s past releases as well as the types of formats the games industry typically goes for. More information is to be expected on this later this week.
Grand Theft Auto VI will release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19, 2026.
