Rockstar Games has dropped a new look at Grand Theft Auto VI's Vice City map.
Earlier today, Rockstar dropped new information regarding pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI.
"Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI will officially begin on June 25 on digital storefronts and at other select retailers," Rockstar posted online, along with a short video confirming the pre-order date.
Alongside that, the cover art for Grand Theft Auto VI was also revealed, as well as a video showcasing the game's Vice City map which can be viewed on the website.

The video lasts for around 8 seconds, where it pans across the skyline, zooming out to give us a look at Vice City.
I've embedded the video below for your convenience, so you can have a look for yourself.

This city is somehow even bigger than we thought, it is MASSIVE. pic.twitter.com/3EEdgfOzFD
We get a glimpse of a huge chunk of the city, including several different districts with skyscrapers and apartment blocks dotted throughout.
We also see several landmarks, such as the harbour, ferris wheel, and a crane. However, there's still not a lot to go on in terms of picking out specific places of interest.
However, I imagine the GTA VI Mapping Project will have a field day with this.
For the past two and a half years, several community members have been piecing together screenshots, videos and other bits of information to create what they believe will be the final map for the game when it releases later this year.
This project also existed for Grand Theft Auto V, and it was surprising just how accurate the project was for what would appear in the final release.

Vice City has not been seen in the GTA series since Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Vice City Stories.
However, Grand Theft Auto VI's Vice City is certainly going to be much larger than the city that was in the earlier games, and will feature more buildings, roads, and landmarks than ever seen in a previous GTA game.
Along with this fresh look at the Vice City map, a small glimpse of the theme for the game was also heard during the video.
it sounds very 80s-themed, with guitar riffs and heavy drums being heard throughout the entire piece.
Despite the game being set in 2026, it's very clear that Grand Theft Auto VI will be taking a lot from '80s culture to inspire its visual and audio designs.
Grand Theft Auto VI will release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on 19 November, 2026.
While some concerns were raised about a possible third delay for the game to push it back even further, the confirmation about pre-orders seems to indicate that Rockstar is confident in this being the final release date for the game.
