Star Wars’ most powerful character isn’t actually in any of the films

If you were to take a guess at the strongest character in Star Wars' history, you’d probably choose Yoda, or Anakin Skywalker; if you wanted to be controversial, you could perhaps choose Rey.

However, when asked, most Star Wars fans would opt for one of the previously mentioned characters, but with a caveat.

Anakin Skywalker was always destined to be the chosen one, and of course, he fell to the dark side of the Force, being powerful in both states.

He was a strong Jedi, and was a terrifying Sith - if you want to call him a Sith - but there is one incarnation of Anakin even more powerful.

Over on Reddit, one user asked if the Anakin we see in the Ahsoka TV show, the one that exists in the World Between Worlds, is actually the strongest character.

In reply, one user said, “It’s likely, because he’s one with the force, relieved of all attachments, and beyond reality.”

Another Redditor commented to say, “He's peak Anakin and organic Vader rolled into one - so, yes.”

This makes sense, if we look at Anakin becoming more of a cosmic being in this place, as he’s technically all forms of his self.

He’s the young tempestuous kid; the boisterous and reckless young man; the powerfully trained Jedi; and the force known as Darth Vader.

“So, he really is the chosen one and brought balance to the force,” replied a commenter.

In this position, he became a part of the Force, and therefore one of the most powerful, if not the most powerful, characters in the galaxy.

Another user throws out what they consider a “hot take” and notes, “Any Jedi that have mastered the ability to come back in an ethereal form are all on the same level of power, aka One with the Force. There is no power difference at that point.”

They’ve got a good point there.
