A new Star Wars release is bringing back the best character from The Acolyte, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

It’s been a year since The Acolyte left our screens, and it’s left behind a bit of a void. Even more so since the show was cancelled last August.

Sure, we’ve had the very excellent Star Wars: Skeleton Crew and Andor Season 2 since then, but we were still really excited to see where The Acolyte’s second season would have gone.

Hasbro has announced some new Star Wars action figures based on various characters from across the series’ mythos, including The Acolyte’s The Stranger.

The release, titled Star Wars: The Black Series The Stranger (Qimir), features the character in his signature black robes and poncho. In terms of accessories, it includes the character’s mask and dual lightsabers.

Pre-orders for the action figure are live now, retailing at approximately $24.99 with a Fall 2025 release date, perfect in time for Christmas.

The Stranger isn’t the only character included with this new line of toys from Hasbro though, as other sets based on key moments in the Star Wars universe are also available.

This includes products based on Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader’s duel on Bespin, Mace Windu and Sheev Palpatine’s fight on Coruscant, and Anakin and Obi-Wan’s fight on Mustafar.

For what it’s worth, the detail on the faces and clothing is really impressive for what it’s priced at.

There’s also a vintage collection too, inspired by an older line of toys and has an ‘old timey’ feel to them. The various characters in this line include Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Yoda.

Each of these releases have their own pricing and release windows, so it’s worth checking out the Hasbro website if there are any specific ones you’re interested in for yourself or a loved one.
