Keeping up with all of the Marvel movies and television shows is no easy task with multiple projects being released each year.
So if you don’t want to dive into every Marvel project in chronological order or by order of release (which I have tried to do multiple times) (and failed), then you could always start with what is regarded as the MCU’s most popular movie.
At least on Disney Plus.
This comes after the Disney-owned streaming service recently revealed the data from streaming analytics platform FlixPatrol as to which MCU movie is considered the most popular.

As of 2025 at least.
FlixPatrol works out its data by combining the amount of views racked up across each major streamer and for this particular list, it looked at the data for the “Top 10 United States Disney+ Overall pages for every MCU movie” according to The Direct.
“Each position on the top 10 attributes a point to a film per day (i.e., position one awards 10 points per day on the chart, two awards nine, three awards eight, and so on).”
So which movie made the top spot?

Well, it may not be one that you would expect.
In reverse order starting from 10th place, the list reads as follows: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Captain America: Brave New World, The Avengers, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame.
So which MCU movie is in first place?
It is Deadpool & Wolverine.

As the third instalment in the Deadpool franchise, Deadpool & Wolverine is the most-watched Marvel movie on Disney+ at the time of writing and it is definitely a surprise to see a 2024 movie overtake titles such as Avengers: Endgame.
Of course, we can assume that this is due to its fairly new release date but who knows? Maybe it really is more loved than some previous MCU entries.
I wonder how this list will look when Phase 6 of the MCU begins next month.
