Marvel fans are not happy with a popular MCU actor who has shown support for Jonathan Majors.

In 2024, Hollywood star Jonathan Majors, who played Kang the Conqueror in the Disney Plus series Loki as well as the movie Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, was found guilty of assault and harassment against his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.

Since that guilty verdict, the career of Jonathan Majors has plummeted to the point that he’s not landed any major gigs since season two of Loki, which premiered in October 2024.

Furthermore, Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror has also been blipped out of existence and replaced by Robert Downey Jr’s Doctor Doom as the big bad villain of the MCU.

However, fellow Hollywood star who still has his career intact, Michael B. Jordan, who played Erik Killmonger in 2018’s Black Panther, has come out supporting his friend, Jonathan Majors, and some Marvel fans are not happy with the MCU actor.

As reported by Variety, Jordan said: “I’m proud of his resilience and his strength through it all, and [his] handling [of] it. I’m glad he’s good. That’s my boy,” adding that he would work with Majors again after the duo starred in 2023’s Rocky spin-off, Creed III.

“I wondered if he would wait for the heat to die and then go back to hyping up his bro. Disappointing,” exclaimed Redditor mizfred.

“All he had to do was Michael B. Quiet,” declared raphaeldown.

“Is everyone’s PR team in Hollywood on annual leave or something?” asked Rainydays.

“How disappointing, but I’m not surprised because the constant public support for men in Hollywood shown towards their abusive friends needs to be studied,” said Comfortable-Load-904.

“This is so freaking disappointing and disheartening,” replied chill90ies. “As a domestic violence survivor myself, this completely changes how I view him going forward.”

For information and help against domestic abuse, charities such as Refuge and NCADV are great places to start.
