It looks like Marvel has accidentally teased that one of the most popular MCU series in recent times is getting a sequel.

The sequel in question is the Disney Plus series Agatha All Along. However, without giving too much away, if you watched all episodes of Marvel’s Agatha All Along it should come as no surprise that it might be getting a renewal.

Check out the Agatha All Along trailer below!

It’s fair to say that whether it’s a movie on the big silver screen or a series in the comfort of your own home, the MCU has been a bit hit and miss following 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Granted, we have been treated with the likes of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 to name a few.

Then for each of those Marvel movies above we have the likes of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, Eternals and Thor: Love and Thunder. At this point, it’s very much a give-and-take relationship with the MCU.

As reported by Comicbook.com (via Variety), Agatha All Along is currently billed as a limited series but as I alluded to earlier, the conclusion of the final episode might suggest otherwise.

Variety reports that Marvel Studios will submit Agatha All Along for nominations at events such as the Golden Globes and the Emmys, and it’s the latter that has an interesting entry requirement.

“The program must tell a complete, non-recurring story and not have an ongoing storyline or main characters in subsequent seasons,” the Emmy requirements read and it’s the “subsequent seasons” that have piqued the interest of Marvel fans.

Hopefully, we get a second season of Agatha All Along even if it's called something else entirely because we’d love nothing more than to sing along to The Ballad of the Witches Road once more.

All episodes of Agatha All Along are available to stream now on Disney Plus.
