Marvel Studios has been slowly pushing out more and more Avengers: Doomsday teasers, and it’s clearly aiming for a long build-up as the film isn’t due until December of this year.
The latest trailer saw the Fantastic Four’s ship crash in Wakanda, with The Thing meeting M'Baku and Shuri forming an uneasy alliance with Namor.
In every teaser so far though a timestamp has been seen, and clever fans quickly realised they were pointing back to Avengers: Endgame.
This was somewhat confirmed by the Russo Brothers themselves who said on an Instagram post “What you've been watching for the last four weeks… are not teasers. Or trailers. They are stories. They are clues” urging fans to “pay attention.”
How It All Links Back To Endgame
Reddit user Fear_ltself claims to have “cracked the code” and shared their findings in a post, and it all makes sense to us.

Following the timestamp theory, the first teaser that revealed Steve Rogers’ return points to the Ancient One’s conversation with Bruce Banner in Endgame. In the film the Ancient One warns that any alteration to the timeline can create a branching path, and Steve choosing to remain in the past with Peggy will have definitely set some events in motion that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.
The second teaser with Thor points to Loki fleeing with the Tesseract during the Avengers’ time heist, which is how Loki arrives at the T.V.A and eventually becomes the God of Stories.
The third teaser which showed off the X-Men is a little odd, as the timestamp provided points to Thor crying in front of Rocket Raccoon.
My take on this is Thor will lose someone close to him, which is worrying considering his adopted daughter Love will appear in the film.

Finally, the latest teaser’s timestamp relates to Hawkeye helping the Avengers test time travel.
It’s when he goes back and sees his kids playing before the snap, and brings his son’s baseball glove back with him to the present day proving the Infinity Stones can be successfully retrieved.
Together all the teasers are suggesting the Avengers’ time heist caused more harm than good, with the prevailing theory being their actions caused one or several incursions throughout the multiverse.

Many Marvel fans are speculating that Doctor Doom’s universe was one of the victims of this, which is why he’s now on the warpath.
Avengers: Doomsday lands in December later this year, which means plenty of time for more teasers and more pieces for the puzzle.
