Although it has been almost twenty-years since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released, fans who grew up with the magical world are still speculating as to what happened to their beloved characters once the story had come to an end.

Check out the trailer for the very last Harry Potter movie, Deathly Hallows Part II, below!

It is hard to believe that it has almost been two decades since the Harry Potter book series came to an end, with the movies following suit with the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II back in 2010.

Since then, spin-offs such as Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them have kept fans somewhat satiated but after spending time with Harry Potter and friends since their childhoods, it is no wonder that they are eager to see what happened next.

Luckily, J.K. Rowling has pretty much summed up what happened to the beloved characters over the years, both in various interviews and spin-off books.

However, it seems as though poor Ron continued to be overshadowed even in later life.

Despite marrying childhood sweetheart Hermione and going on to have children, it seems as though Ron’s career was less successful.

According to Rowling, Ron joined brother George at Weasley’s Wizarding Wheezes with the shop itself becoming a great success.

Although this is by no means a bad job, one fan admits that they are “kinda bummed” that Ron didn’t get “his own thing”.

With Ron previously revealing that he would have liked to be an Auror after leaving school, it seems as though that was not to be.

However, there is no denying that he loves his family so it would have also made sense for him to have stuck with George after Fred’s heartbreaking death.
