If you are anything like me, then you will be counting down the days until The Batman Part II is finally released, but with the highly-anticipated sequel being plagued by delays, it seems as though we will have to make do with this bizarre live-action Dark Knight reveal.

With The Batman Part II delayed until 2027 with director Matt Reeves blaming the delay on an unfinished script, we still have a long way to go until we can see Robert Pattinson reprise his role as the caped crusader.

Check out the trailer for The Batman below!

Until then, the character of Batman is seemingly going to take a break.

Or is he?

Thanks to a recent State Farm commercial, the Dark Knight is back and he comes alongside a few questionable famous faces.

In the advert for the American insurance company, four famous faces come together to take to the streets of Gotham City.

This includes Jason Bateman as Batman, Sza as Catwoman, Kai Cenat as Kai Cenat, and Jordan Howlett as James Gordon.

Cenat, who is best known for being a content creator, is perhaps the most bizarre choice here and it has led to fans roasting the parody commercial.

“We got a State Farm Batman short film before GTA 6,” one user joked.

Another said: “Kai’s acting is the worst thing I have ever witnessed.”

However, others took it as an opportunity to reach out to State Farm itself.

“Okay this is cool and all but meanwhile my auto and home insurance has gone up over 300% in FL in the last 3 years.

Y'all wanna save some of this money to maybe tame our premiums?” They asked.

With some users admitting that this is the best Batman adaptation they have seen in years, it seems as though there are some mixed thoughts.

Regardless of whether you like it or not, however, the brand-new commercial has definitely made a splash.
