It is hard to believe that it is coming up to 10 years since Stardew Valley was first released and since then, the farming simulator has gone on to become one of the most successful games of all time.

However, do we really know all there is to know about the much-loved title?

Apparently not as one Reddit user has recently stumbled across a feature that we all could have done with knowing many years ago.

Check out the original trailer for Stardew Valley below!

Since its release in 2016, Stardew Valley has become something of a household name and there is no arguing that it is the biggest farming simulator of all time.

Tasking players with bringing a dilapidated farm back to life, gameplay consists of farming, building, mining, fishing and even romancing the locals by hanging outside their place of work until they finish.

However, another key part of Stardew Valley is decorating.

Whether you are rearranging your farm or your own home, decorating is a serious business and one player may have stumbled across a feature that would have made it a lot easier had we known sooner.

According to crybabyniya on r/StardewValley, players can rotate furniture.

Yep, I didn’t know either.

“How am I just learning this now??!? It was discovered by accident too!!” They exclaimed, alongside a screenshot of an adorable little cafe area they had just created.

It wasn’t long before other Stardew fans came forward and expressed their astonishment over this revelation.

“WE CAN ROTATE FURNITURE?!?!? THIS IS HOW I'M FINDING OUT??” one comment read.

Another said, “Don't be shy, share with the class. I've seen this in some farm designs and have just been wondering and wondering.”

To rotate furniture, right-click whilst holding the item. On the Nintendo Switch and Xbox, you can hold A whilst on the PlayStation, it is X.
