Star Wars fans will soon be able to get their hands on this glorious Premium Edition for a classic video game based on the prequel trilogy.

Say what you will about the Star Wars prequel movie trilogy, but it helped inspire some fantastic games such as the 2005 Revenge of the Sith movie tie-in, Star Wars Episode I: Racer as well as its part in the LEGO entries.

Check out the Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles trailer below!

One other video game entry inspired by the galaxy, far, far away is 2000’s Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles which was initially released on the original PlayStation, as well as the SEGA Dreamcast and Nintendo Game Boy Advance.

Granted, Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles wasn't the most well-received game, as indicated by its very average 56 Metacritic score, yet, there was still something oddly charming about this release that garnered somewhat of a cult following over the years.

As spotted by Comicbook.com, adding to the plethora of recent re-releases from Aspyr, Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles is the latest game to get the remaster treatment and even if you’re not a fan of the game, its Premium Edition is one for collectors.

Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles Premium Edition is priced at £79.99/$79.99 and comes with: a physical copy of the game, a 12x16 poster, an Obi-Wan metal figure, a folding Droid pin, a Droideka coin, a numbered certificate of authenticity all packed in a fancy collector’s box.

This Premium Edition does look awesome but the major snag is that it’s exclusive to the US online retailer, Limited Run Games. Sure, there is the option to import, but depending on your country, you may expect to pay additional import and delivery fees.

If you do want to pick up this Premium Edition, then you need to act fast because pre-orders close on 23 March 2025 with deliveries expected to be fulfilled in September (July for the physical standard edition).

The Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles remaster is available to buy digitally right now on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
