It seems strange to think about this, given the studio's multiplayer-focused output these days, but there was once a time when Rockstar Games used to make some of the greatest single-player DLC there was.
Long before CD Projekt RED showed people how it was done with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's massive expansions, games like GTA IV and Red Dead Redemption received huge DLC that offered new adventures and fun twists on the original games. But it was the latter title that got what is arguably the greatest DLC of all time: Undead Nightmare.
For the uninitiated, Undead Nightmare was the excellent 2010 add-on Red Dead Redemption. Rather than expand on the original game's already perfect story, it went in the complete opposite direction and had us play through a zombie-themed adventure in which John Marston suddenly found himself fighting off waves of infected humans. It was ace.

The launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 led many fans to believe that a sequel to Undead Nightmare was a certainty. However, it's been four years since the game launched, and we're still waiting.
The good news is that there are always fans willing to keep the flame alive. Over on the Red Dead subreddit, a user by the name Devilbringer07 shared a truly awesome concept trailer imagining what Undead Nightmare 2 would look like. As you can see below, it looks so much like it could be the real deal - and it's sent fans wild with sadness as they lament the continued lack of an official DLC.

"I don't understand rockstar's logic with RDR2 at all. ANY dlc would have been a huge pile of money for them, but they chose to just leave it on the table," one user commented. "Which is f*cking bizarre considering how much Take Two loves money."
Another added: "Well done! I’d play the shit outta that." A sentiment I feel confident we all share. Are you listening, Rockstar?
