Red Dead Redemption 2 is an interesting game in the sense that it has an absolutely enormous and forever faithful fanbase, but it doesn’t get anywhere near the amount of attention you’d expect from its developer.

You can understand why there was so much public outcry surrounding Red Dead Online and the fact that Rockstar Games is seemingly done with it altogether. Not only is it far newer than GTA Online (the live-service counterpart to 2013’s GTA V, which continues to receive huge content updates), but Red Dead Redemption 2 has never received any story DLC. Obviously, the base game is enormous, and players continue to find new details hidden its open world to this day, but that sort of stuff isn’t exactly the in-depth content that many fans would like to dive into after five years. Especially when a third game doesn’t seem to be anywhere near completion.

Take a look at some of the funniest wins and fails from Red Dead Redemption 2 below.

While there’s nothing to suggest that we could be getting any DLC for Red Dead Redemption 2 after all this time, that’s not stopped some fans from campaigning for it. Over on Change.org, fans have started a petition asking Rockstar Games to include the Mexican location of Nuevo Paraíso in the game properly. This was a fully fleshed-out area in the original Red Dead Redemption, and can actually be accessed via exploits in the sequel, but obviously there’s nothing to do here since you’re not meant to go there.

Given that the location is already sort of in the game, it seems to suggest that Rockstar may have originally planned for it to be included in an expansion, so it’s no wonder that this is what fans are begging for. With over just 1,200 signatures, it admittedly hasn’t taken off in a huge way, but if you want to show your support, you can find the petition here.
