Red Dead Redemption 2 players getting in the mood for Halloween can download this brand new add-on which features a terrifying vampire boss to take care of.
With the spooky season upon us, now is the right time to be settling down with a few horror games, and perhaps âspookifyingâ your old favourites.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is the latest title to receive such treatment, adding in a terrifying new boss for players to take care of in the dead of night.
The Hollow Man is a new mod developed by Nexus Mods user MaulayaLathif10, adding the titular Hollow Man as a new boss Arthur must face.

With his pale white skin, white eyes, pointy ears, and drab clothing, the Hollow Man resembles Count Orlok from the 1922 silent film Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror.
Also known as the âthe guy from that one episode of SpongeBob SquarePantsâ, Orlok is based on Count Dracula, with the film being produced as an unofficial and unauthorised adaptation of Bram Stokerâs 1897 novel.

Red Dead Redemption 2's Hollow Man haunts our dreams
The Hollow Man haunts a remote graveyard between 7 PM and 3 AM in-game, the perfect time for the spooky atmosphere to amp up. The monster has a massive health pool, where defeating him will grant you a $500 dollar reward.
Killing the legendary vampire also requires you to find his lair, which is represented by a skull icon on the map. Once you come across him, youâll engage in a one-on-one duel, where avoiding his attacks is crucial thanks to his massive health pool.
The mod also features a unique health bar for the Hollow Man, a first for Red Dead Redemption 2 due to how bosses are handled in this game. Still, it seems like the perfect time of year to check out this mod.
In addition to The Hollow Man, Red Dead Redemption 2 also has a bunch of other spooky mods for you to check out.
Night Stalker is a horror mod featured earlier this week which adds a stalker-type enemy that haunts you after it goes dark. The mysterious, knife-wielding stalker appears after night is triggered in-game, who may suddenly appear behind Arthur and begin hunting him through the wilderness.
At first, you might not even notice someone is there, but as they get closer, the encounter could turn deadly.
These two mods pair well with some of the other best Red Dead Redemption 2 mods you can install now, enhancing the game with new features and overhauls for those who have rinsed through the story mode several times.
