If you didn’t already know, the Xbox 360 Store and the Xbox 360 Marketplace will both be shut down in July, saying goodbye to one of the golden ages of gaming.
In preparation for this Microsoft has begun discounting a bunch of older games as a farewell to the console and its store.
Halo became a powerhouse franchise for Microsoft's Xbox consoles over the years
While many of the games aren’t exactly stone-cold classics, there are some great bargains to be had, many of which have huge discounts of up to 90%. With over 60 games reduced there’s something in there for everyone.

Just Dance is featured heavily in the sale covering 2014 - 2019, so if you like a boogie in your spare time, you can snag these with an 80% discount.
Far Cry 4 appears in the list of reductions, which you can look through in your own time and it’s one of the installments in that franchise well worth playing. There are several other shooters available, including the stealth-driven Splinter Cell Chaos Theory.
You’re going to mostly find indie games spread throughout the list with highlights being The Escapists, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, and Child of Light.
This sale will bid farewell to Microsoft’s best console to date. The Xbox 360 saw the company dominate the industry for some time with many standout games and the trusted Xbox Live service that took many people online for the first time.

While nowadays the Xbox brand isn’t as strong as it once was, there’s no denying the impact made by the second console from the American company.
And if we must say goodbye to the Xbox 360 Store, then this is the way to do it, by celebrating some of the games that made it so popular. Hopefully, Microsoft will add some first-party games to the sale soon as it should be updated between 18 June and 16 July.
