It’s always a shame when games are delisted, and two are about to be culled on Xbox.

As spotted by Comicbook, the games in question were recently removed from PC storefront Steam with the expectation that they’ll soon meet the same fate on the Xbox Store.

That would certainly be a huge loss given that they’re Xbox console exclusives, so you'd best begin saying your goodbyes to both Boss 101 and Zazmo Arcade Pack.

Doley Time Foundation has officially confirmed that it’ll be delisting the two aforementioned titles as they didn’t generate as much revenue as hoped.

You Can Still Purchase Both Games Before They’re Delisted

Boss 101 is an arcade-inspired action-adventure title.

“During your journey you will battle bosses you created with the Make-A-Boss generator,” the synopsis begins.

“You engage in combat, chase and missions to rescue baby robo-AI's from the clutches of the biggest baddie of all, the dreaded Boss 101.

“Game rounds reward the player with cash for upgrades, guns and hats, all of which help you fight tougher bosses.”

Players will also “fight robots of all sorts - animals, samurai, aliens and DINOSAURS! You heard right”.

It retails for $14.99 and boasts a near-perfect user score of 4.3/5.

Zazmo Arcade Pack, on the other hand, retails for $9.99 and is a collection of multiple co-op, single-player and competitive games inspired by arcade classics.

“The reasons for closing the store are numerous and probably longer than this post could cover,” Doley Time Foundation’s statement reads.

“The short of it is we just didn’t nearly make as much money as we’d hoped. Running a store, a business, and the various websites all cost time and money.”

They continued, “Boss 101 came out in 2018 and Zazmo came out shortly after that. It’s been about eight years, and no joke, it’s cost way more to just have the main website than we’ve ever made in money.”

“I don’t want that to reflect on your decisions to support us because we know you believed in us just as much as we believed in ourselves. In fact, we still believe we have amazing games and that we were going to make more amazing games as we went along. Time and money conspired, and here we are now,” the team concluded.

You can still, at the time of writing, purchase Boss 101 and Zamzo and given that they feature offline gameplay, you’ll be able to enjoy them even after they’re delisted.

It’ll be a nice final way to honour the devs who have poured plenty into supporting these delightful indies over the years.
