It’s a new month, which means that we have a new batch of Xbox Game Pass offerings to look forward to in April 2026, and here, we'll let you know what’s coming to the service.
Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass subscription service has long been considered the “Netflix of gaming”, and that statement continues to be true. Depending on the tier, subscribers can literally have hundreds of games to play.
Everything from first-party delights, AAA big-hitters and indie darlings, Xbox Game Pass has something for everyone. As a bonus, we also get free DLC, discounts, additional subscriptions to the likes of EA Play and more.
With that in mind, here's everything coming to Xbox Game Pass in April 2026, so far!
Barbie Horse Trails - PC, Console and Cloud - Ultimate, Premium and PC
Advert
Play as Barbie, ride some horses in the countryside, take photos and look for hidden collectables. This could low-key be the best game on Xbox Game Pass!
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Premium
Finally, one of the best games of 2025 arrives on the Xbox Game Pass Premium tier with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Previously, this was exclusive to Ultimate and PC. So now every subscriber can see what the fuss is about.
NBA 2K26 - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate, Premium and PC
Probably the best basketball game you can play today, NBA 2K26 comes to Xbox Game Pass. Whether you play the story-focused MyCAREER, build a dream MyTEAM or explore The City, there’s plenty of fun to be had with this NBA delight.
Final Fantasy IV - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate, Premium and PC
Originally released on the SNES in 1991 before coming to other platforms, Final Fantasy IV is not only a treat for fans of this beloved RPG series, but it’s also an opportunity for retro fans to be immersed in what some might consider to be the best entry before the arrival of the goliath that is Final Fantasy VII.

Hades II - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate, Premium and PC
The highly anticipated sequel to 2020's rougelike, a game many would consider to be an all-time great, Hades II, arrives on Xbox Game Pass for all subscribers. Improved visuals, gameplay, and inventory management, not to mention expanding on what is already an awesome story. If there’s one game to play in XBGP this month, it’s Hades II.
Replaced - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate and PC
It feels like we’ve been waiting an age for Replaced, but now it’s only two weeks away. Gorgeous sprite visuals, Batman: Arkham-style combat and a story inspired by Blade Runner, set in a dystopian United States where synthetic beings are as common as humans. If you love Cyberpunk 2077, there’s a good chance you’ll love Replaced.
Vampire Crawlers - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate and PC
From the creators of the 2022 indie sensation, Vampire Survivors, this new take on the series blends the world of the 2022 game with epic turn-based deckbuilder mechanics. Will Vampire Crawlers be the new indie sensation of 2026? Only time will tell.
Kiln- PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate and PC
Kiln is an online multiplayer party brawler developed by Double Fine Productions. If you like Fall Guys and Gang Beasts, then Kiln might be worth checking out to play with friends. However, this brawler has a major twist, because you’ll be scraping on a high-speed pottery wheel. Sounds like fun!
Aphelion - PC, Consoles and Cloud - Ultimate and PC
From the creators of Life is Strange, the next narratively driven game from Don’t Nod arrives with Aphelion. You play as Ariane, who is desperate to rescue her partner, Thomas, on a frozen planet. To make matters worse, she’s being hunted, and there are all sorts of reality-bending shenanigans going on. What could go wrong?
Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era - PC - Ultimate and PC
Inspired by the iconic deckbuilding franchise, Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is a turn-based strategy RPG. Battle mythical foes in epic wars in its narrative-driven campaign. Its maps are a blend of hand-crafted and procedurally generated, so each playthrough should be different from the last.
If further additions come to Xbox Game Pass in April 2026, we’ll be sure to let you know.
