You can get your hands on an upcoming co-op FPS from ex-Cyberpunk 2077 and ex-Bioshock devs for free right this second, but you may have to jump through a couple of extra hoops to secure a code.

Phantom Line is an upcoming open-world co-op shooter on Steam, from developers and publishers Antistatic Studios, that sees you take on the role of a SWAT member whose mission is “to search and contain paranormal events and activities (anomalies) hidden from the public eye”.
The title will be the first game that Antistatic Studios have released, but don’t let their lack of a portfolio fool you, because this studio has some heavy talent backing it up - including devs who worked on the likes of BioShock and Cyberpunk 2077.

No need to take my word for it though, as the latest trailer for Phantom Line looks absolutely stunning. It looks like something between S.T.A.L.K.E.R and Lethal Company, a comparison that has immediately sold me on giving it a go.
Dragon Sony Tavern is a new cosy game, also available to sample on Steam for free.
However, you can’t just hop on Steam and download a demo for Phantom Line.
Instead, you’ll have to hop on over to the Phantom Line Discord server and politely request a key from one of the developers… which I will be doing just before this article goes live, so you guys don’t steal all of them ahead of me.
As of writing, they are currently out of keys - but they’re already in the process of generating more through Steam, so I highly suggest signing up ASAP so you don’t miss out on the second wave of keys too.
I can’t quite tell when the current playtest for the game ends either, so jump in the Discord and attempt to grab a key while you still can!
