Steam Drops Free Download For Stunning New RPG

A free download for a new RPG releasing next month has just dropped on Steam.

It’s worth checking out the demos section on Steam from time to time, as there are always new free trials launching on the platform to give you a chance to play before you buy.

If you’re on the fence about picking up a specific game, trying out the demo beforehand can help you make an informed decision, after all.

Now, a new demo for Trails of the Sky 1st Chapter has just been launched on Steam ahead of its release on 19th September. It's also available on PlayStation.

The demo, which features the entire prologue of the game, was released today and gives players the chance to check out the opening of the game without having to pay for the full game.

It features three playable characters, a few locations to travel to and a boss to defeat. While not a massive slice of the game, it should be enough to sway your decision if you’re on the fence.

What begins as a straightforward mission to prove their worth quickly evolves into a gripping adventure of intrigue and peril, as they unravel a conspiracy that threatens the very heart of their homeland.”

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is a remake of the original The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky JRPG from 2004. It will be released on 19th September, 2025.
