There’s an incredible, hilarious, indie game coming to Steam later this year, and you can play it for free right now.

If you’ve ever wondered what cars would be like if they had legs, my first question for you is “why?” and my second question is well did you know there’s a game on Steam that’s exactly that?

Did you watch the Fallout TV series this weekend? Check out GAMINGbible’s chat with the cast in the below video

It’s called What The Car? and it looks like it’ll be one of the funniest games that’ll release this year, up there with Untitled Goose Game and Goat Simulator.

The game’s official description reads: “An absurdly silly adventure full of racing, laughs, and unexpected surprises. Roll, sprint jump, fly and sneeze your way to victory on the racetrack and beyond!’

Players will get to explore the world as their car, solving puzzles, entering themselves into time trials and meeting plenty of colourful characters along the way.

The game’s developer has even teased a variety of secrets to uncover, suggesting players should look behind waterfalls while they’re on their travels.

Now if that doesn’t pique your interest I don’t know what will, because it sounds absolutely nuts in the best way possible.

Its gameplay trailers also look like a lot of fun, with the cars sprinting down roads at breakneck speed like they’re being powered by the Flintstones.

The full game is reportedly planned for launch on 5 September later this year, but a demo is available to download and play right now that should give you a taste of what the full experience will be like.

What The Car? seems like it’ll be another viral PC smash-hit, so it’ll be well-worth getting ahead of the curve by trying the demo on Steam before its release.
