Steam gamers warned they've 24 hours to claim free store credit

Steam users have less than a day to potentially claim some free in-store credit, which could be put towards a new game or two.

I’m sure Steam users will know the drill by now, getting a bit of in-store credit is always a good thing no matter how miniscule, especially since Steam is incredibly generous with its sales.

It’s also good to keep in mind that there’s a never-ending supply of free games, demos and more to dive into on Steam right now, for those that would rather save their money for something more substantial.

Personally, I’d recommend jumping into Marvel Rivals while it’s free-to-play. If you like Overwatch, you’ll love this game, and it goes without saying that it’s perfect for Marvel fans looking for a multiplayer game as well.

Anyway, back to the in-store credit, Free Steam Games on Twitter/X is once again giving users the chance to win some funds in a giveaway.

This time, it’s only $5, but every little helps so if you’re interested, here’s how you can get involved.

Once you’ve done that, you’re finished, so next you’ll just have to wait until the winner is announced tomorrow, 17 January.
