You don’t have long to earn some free PlayStation Store credit for the very last time, because the method used to earn said credit is about to be permanently retired.
Thank you in advance to PlayStation Lifestyle's Zarmena Khan for the original source!
Earlier this year, Sony announced something we all saw coming from a mile off: PlayStation Stars will be shut down for good in November this year.
However, although the service itself will end in November, your opportunity to earn free PlayStation Store credit actually ends much sooner.

As Sony stated on their official blog when they announced the closure of PlayStation Stars, “current” users will only be able to earn “PlayStation Stars members can still earn Digital Collectibles, Points and level up their status until July 23.”
Once July 23 rolls around, “there will be no new PlayStation Stars Campaigns available, or any additional rewards or status benefits to earn.”
Essentially, what that means is that while PlayStation Stars will still be available to use until November, you won’t actually be able to earn any of the points that you can use to redeem PlayStation Store credit.
You’ll still be able to turn the points you’ve already earned into vouchers, but there won’t be any new campaigns you can complete. Think of it like a bank account you can withdraw from, but can’t transfer into.

If you’re close to having enough points to transfer into withdrawable PlayStation Store credit in your wallet funds, you have two weeks from when this article goes live to earn some more. Otherwise, they’ll expire and disappear alongside the service on November 2nd.
Also, just an aside, don’t bother turning the points you’ve accrued into any of the digital collectables you can redeem through the service, because they too will disappear when the PlayStation Stars service officially sunsets.
