Yesterday saw Sony announce the latest batch of games which would be arriving to the PlayStation Plus library.

However, alongside some beloved horror classics, one criminally underrated title combines the best of The Elder Scrolls and Red Dead Redemption in one small package.

As mentioned, Sony announced the next stack of games being added to the PlayStation Plus library for Premium and Extra members for the month of October.

Silent Hill 2 Remake, V Rising, Until Dawn are all the perfect additions for the Halloween period but that was definitely not all, making October one of the best PS Plus months in quite some time.

That being said, the selection did also include one very underrated title which you should not miss out on in between all of those mainstream additions.

Developed by Galvanic Games and first released back in 2023 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, Wizard with a Gun is a twin-stick shooter game mixed with survival elements.

The online sandbox game for 1-4 players currently sits at a ‘very positive’ rating on Steam so if you missed out on it back in 2023, now is the perfect time to make up for lost time.

Set in a magic wilderness, Wizard with a Gun will see you battle with dangerous creatures and arcane mysteries as you journey alone or with a friend to collect, craft, and outfit your wizard and embark on the unknown.

Along the way, you will get the chance to design weapons and bullets, furnish your tower home and keep control of your magic unless you want all your hard work to go down the drain.

Collecting resources from around the world will help you in your upgrading and crafting abilities and combining elements could even see you create enchanted ammunition for your arsenal.

In Wizard with a Gun, you will also be able to look the part with the player able to customise their wizard at will with a choice between beautiful clothes and accessories.
