Skyrim: Lost Grimoire is a huge new expansion you can download now

Created by Steelfeathers and uploaded to NexusMods earlier this month, Lost Grimoire SSE is a brand-new mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which is free to download right now.

“Adds 115+ balanced, lore-friendly spells across all schools of magic, plus matching scrolls and staves,” the official description reads.

“Transform into various animals, assassinate with stealth Destruction spells, summon swarms of locusts, conjure new familiars and Dremora, and more!”

Featuring high-quality VFX and SFX, Lost Grimoire SSE will be the perfect addition to your game if you favour a more magical approach.

The new spells were designed to “fill in the gaps left behind by the vanilla spells” and are split between the various magic schools across Skyrim including: School of Alteration, School of Conjuration, School of Destruction, School of Illusion, and School of Restoration.

As a result, each spell caters to the school it belongs to and so you can adapt your playstyle based on the school you pick.
