The latest Epic Games Store freebies have arrived and this time around, PC users can grab two games with a collective value of £40.

We’re rapidly approaching December and therefore Christmas, which means it can be a costly time of year. If you’re a PC gamer who’s looking to save a few pennies, you’re going to want to head on over to the Epic Games Store. For a few more hours, if you’re quick, you can grab Deliver Us Mars - this year’s follow up to Deliver Us The Moon. It’s well worth grabbing if you enjoy action-adventure games centred around an engaging story. There are just a few hours remaining on this offer though at the time of writing. As of later today, you’ll be able to nab two games: Jitsu Squad and Mighty Fight Federation.

Take a look at Deliver Us Mars in action below.

Jitsu Squad retails for £15.99 while Mighty Fight Federation will typically set you back £23.99, so there’s a great saving to be made here. The free offer will begin later today, on 30 November, and run until 7 December. If you’re unfamiliar with these titles, allow me to tell you more.

Jitsu Squad was released last year. Developed and published by Tanuki Creative Studio, it describes itself as a “Marvel vs Capcom inspired four player co-op tag team beat em’ up” featuring epic character transformations and fun, fast-paced combat. Over on Metacritic, the game has a score of 70 so while it’s likely not going to blow you away, there are plenty of positives to be found. Critics praised the game’s lighthearted energy and conciseness.

Mighty Fight Federation launched back in 2021 from developer Komi Games. This one is ideal for you fighting game fans. You’ll have the chance to “slam opponents into walls, launch them into the air and follow up with fast, high-flying attacks in this arena fighter”. There are 14 characters to choose from, each with their own unique playstyle - plus there’s 1v1 matches, a co-op mode, or free-for-all.
